food grade requirements for paper tube packaging
1. Non direct contact food cardboard tube packaging
There are usually food-grade white cards, food film, or aluminum foil on the inner wall of nondirect contact food cardboard tube packaging.
Since it does not directly contact the internal food (the food will have a different internal packaging), the requirements for the sealing performance of the paper tube are not very high. It can pass the standard transportation and drop test.
2. Paper can packaging for direct contact with food
Food needs to be in direct contact with the inner wall of the paper tube, except that the production environment and materials reach food grade. The firmness, tightness, and moisture resistance of the paper tube after sealing are some important technical standards.
Usually, the top is sealed with an easy-to-tear cover or easy-to-pull lids, and the buyer fills the food from the bottom and seals the bottom with a sealed mechanical seal.
As early as 1989, China issued the national safety standard GB/T 10440-1989, hygienic requirements, and size limit sampling plan for cylindrical composite cans. The national standard GB/T 10440-2008 has been improved and specified in 2008.

Quality inspection standard
1. The outer surface of the tank body is sunken, obviously folded, and scratched.
2. The sealing part of the end cap should be smooth and tight, and the metal end cap is not allowed
The inner wall shall be free of obvious folds and sundries, and the folded edge shall be heat sealed without collapse.
3. The graphic printing is clear and complete, no obvious bars are allowed, the mesh is clear and uniform, and the finished product is neat, without deformity and obvious deformation.
The hygienic index of the inner layer material of the composite tank that directly contacts food shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
Standard environment for sample condition adjustment and test
The standard environmental conditions for sample condition adjustment and test are 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃; The relative humidity is 50% ± 5%, and the sample pretreatment time is more than 24h.
Size and deviation
Without applying any external force, use a measuring tool with an accuracy of not less than 0.1 mm to detect the outer height and inner diameter of the composite tank (that is, the seal is straight
Diameter), when measuring the inner diameter, avoid the tank wall folding heat sealing structure, and there are 3 samples.
Release force of end cover
The outer diameter is 0.1 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the composite tank to be tested. It has a gas path and is equipped with a throttling valve

Put the sample with a metal cover sealed at one end and no end cover sealed at the other end on the mandrel, and the distance between the mandrel and the end cap should not be less than the tank height
And clamp it with a ring device to install the safety cover.
Start the control valve to guide the compressed air into the composite tank through the mandrel, and increase the pressure within 6S ± 2S until it is blown off
Rapid leak test (air pressure method)
For the sample with single-end sealing, insert the gas guide sealing device into the unsealed end of the sample and tighten it; For sealed at both ends
For the sample, use a tool that can open a suitable air guide hole on one side of the tank cover without damaging the sealing part, insert the sealing device into the sample and tighten it Seal tightly.
Inflate the sample to make the pressure reach the specified pressure value.
After maintaining the pressure of the inflated tank for 60 s, completely immerse it in the water tank filled with water, rotate it for one week, and observe whether there are bubbles continuously
You can also use the negative pressure sealing test instrument, fill the sealing tester with water, put the paper cans sealed at both ends into the tester, empty the air outside the packaging area, and use the internal pressure of the product to observe whether there are bubbles overflowing in the water.
